Toys and Hobby Review Editor
Kendra Lawson is the Toys and Hobby Review Editor for AliExpress United States, where she covers AliExpress Toys with a hands on focus on what actually makes a toy worth opening more than once. She reviews building blocks, drones, RC cars, puzzles, STEM toys, collectible figures, model kits, fidget toys, board games, and creative kits with a practical eye for play value, age fit, and long term durability. Her interest in this category grew from years of assembling hobby kits, testing toys with families, and seeing how quickly excitement can fade when instructions are confusing or parts fail too soon. Kendra is especially good at spotting the difference between a toy that looks exciting in the listing and one that stays fun after the first hour. She pays close attention to frustration level, build quality, replay value, and whether a product works well for solo play, group play, or both. Safety awareness is a constant part of her process, especially with small parts, battery powered items, and products aimed at younger users. Her reviews are family friendly, clear, and grounded in repeat use, because she believes the best toy is the one that gets used again next weekend.
Kendra evaluates AliExpress toys through hands on setup, assembly, and repeat play testing. She checks packaging condition, instruction clarity, part quality, battery setup when relevant, and how long it takes before frustration appears. She tests age fit against the seller’s claims, looks for safety concerns such as loose parts or fragile components, and measures replay value by revisiting products after the first session. For hobby kits, she also assesses assembly difficulty, stability, and wear after repeated use.
